I have been with Universal Property and Casualty since buying my condo in 2007. I am a UK resident and the condo is my holiday home. Since that time I have only had to make one claim and that was for our Condo Association assessment to replace roofs following hurricane storm damage after Matthew and Irma. I found Universal to be professional, efficient, friendly and understanding. I was kept fully informed of progress at all times and the claim was settled in full within a few months.
