For me Universal CPA Review was very helpful in understanding the fundamentals for the FAR exam especially the journal entries of various types. Also the step-by-step mental maps approach made the application very helpful. The only suggestion would be add Mock exams to your review course. The course is so comprehensive in itself but the Mock exams that are crucial to the success of the CPA exam are missing.

I've enjoyed it so far! I came up a little short on my first exam using this prep but I feel more confident studying now. If that makes any sense. I would suggest maybe including simulated exams. Some kind of milestone marker where can see where we stand at certain parts of the course.

Great for visual learners. There was usually a very helpful narrative (accompanied by mind maps and visual aids) to make concepts memorable. I would definitely supplement my studies with this course, and will add it in whenever possible/needed until I pass. The teachers were responsive. The course has great potential in the CPA exam prep industry. Their approach could be a game changer for many people!

Universal CPA helped me pass AUD on the first try and I am now using it for my FAR retake! I’m using it as a supplement for Becker and it has really helped me better understand areas I was confused on while only using Becker.

I like the software because when you do a question whether you get it correct or incorrect you can view and listen to the explanation and walk through, the step by step approach you should take in solving the problem. Also, you hear the same information repeated so many times, that it starts sticking. The mental map on how to complete and solve problems is different and this forces you to remember key steps and details.

I am glad that I took Universalcpareview as my supplement. They give a good step by step explanation for complex problems which becomes easy to understand. Their explanation towards every concepts and MCQs is fantastic and beneficial which makes them stand out. They are also very quick in solving queries. My only concern is they should add more number of MCQs, Sims also mocks (with solutions explanation) which will help candidates to practise even more.
