I've moved many times in my life, and I can confidently say that United Regions Van Lines is the best moving company I've ever used. They were extremely professional from start to finish, handling my belongings with the utmost care and respect. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and the thoughtful way they arranged my items for transportation. Despite a downpour on moving day, they ensured all my things stayed dry and arrived at my new home in perfect condition. A top-notch service I'd recommend to anyone needing to relocate.

Horrible move!! Stay away from this company!! They low balled estimate, then asked for more $$ mere days before scheduled move (underestimated size of truck needed), customer service is the absolute worst, and their insurance at $0.60/lb/article is a joke, ie they won’t pay claims. In addition, they brokered our load to another carrier without telling us. Both Drivers did not speak English. We ended up paying 77% MORE than the initial estimate. RUN AWAY from this company!!

Your feedback is noted. Our initial estimates are indeed given over the phone based on the information provided. If there are more items to move than initially stated, it would necessitate an adjustment in the cost to cover the additional work and space required. This is standard practice in any service industry. For further concerns, we recommend reaching out to our customer service for a more detailed discussion. United Regions Van Lines
