Moving to a new place was made easy with the help of URVL. I finally got a place of my own and i didn't want to go to the new house and have to replace everything if it was damaged or stained in some way. I reached out to United regions because i've used them before but not my home I think for someone elses home. Long story short, they did a great job with everything, the quote, packaginf and all my items got to me with everything still intact. They are the best you can get around i promise you that. Try them and i assure you it'll worth every penny you spend. I didnt spend extra because nothing got damaged during my move.

I've never had a moving company give me such a seamless moving experience like United regions did. OMG they were absolutly amazing! My neighbourhood was getting a little too noisy for me and I needed a swift escape. A moving company that I could call and they would get the job done perfectly the next day. These guys did just that. Came in and saved the day. I sold most of my stuff so I cant say a lot about how they would pack furniture but my clothes and the the rest of the items I had them move for me got to my new home in perfectley sealed and packaged boxes. Ihad no complains, great stuff they got going on.

If you want your things moved and abused, load your truck at 1am outside of your quoted pickup window, and delivered in an UNtimely manner, these are the movers for you! They told us when they were coming and moved that time twice to different days when we had flights booked which we had to move resulting in $1K fee to do so, with no reimbursement from the movers. The second time they showed up at 1am to pickup our things when my husband had to leave for the airport at 4:30am so he was up over 24hrs. The movers that showed were foreign and spoke in their native tongue to each other to exclude him. Super professional (said sarcastically). Then our things sat for 20 BUSINESS days. And were delivered on the 26th BUSINESS day narrowly making the 31 BUSINESS days they try to throw on your bill of lading and is NOT stated on your quote. BEWARE of your initial quote. They will blow so much sunshine and sound like the best movers ever then when you have no choice they bait and switch. For example, they don’t check if they can fit the moving truck to your new home until they are delivering and if they can’t and have to downsize, you have no choice but to foot $1500 to get your stuff. THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION WHEN QUOTED. United you can do so much better. If you don’t have the system to check it, buy one. The only shining light of this company was Lisa in QA, she was more helpful than anyone in customer service. Every single person is an “oh well you signed it” attitude. Stuff showed is hard rubbed by something metal, kids beds busted, huge slice in our zero turns seat, missing side of our smoker, busted totes. Your things will be well cared for! 1) pickup was outside quoted Wednesday-Friday pickup as they arrived at 1am on SATURDAY. Loading was 1am-4am at which point my husband ran to the airport to catch his flight. 2) reimbursement of $250 was for the 2ND time we were forced to move flights. We are a family of 5. We had flights originally scheduled for Thursday as Phillip had told me they would most likely be picking up Wednesday as they liked to stay away from weekends. The week prior to pickup Lisa from QA calls and informs us pickup is 12pm-2pm on Thursday. It cost $1000 to switch flights for the 5 of us to Friday. I have receipts. Thursday comes, 12pm-2pm passes, no calls. We called you. Found out there was a “delay” and they wouldn’t be coming. Called Lisa in hysterics and got $250 to pay for just my husbands flight to be moved to stay back to meet them while I flew Friday with our 3 small kids. 3) we advised the 18 wheeler could fit bc our 45ft trailer that is 14ft high was delivered and parked successfully the week prior and owners on the land had had their belongings delivered by 18 wheeler previously. We are not pursuing any claims with the claims department because we are so exhausted by this experience and I would get pennys (.60 cents/a pound) which matters when talking about a $5000 mower, rather than what something is worth. The time to have rectified this would have been receiving the $1000 off the first time we had to move our flights instead of $250 the second time when talking about a $13K move. Our home was sold and the new owners were waiting to move in and flights were ready to be boarded. 1am wasn’t agreed upon, we were bullied into it because we had no choice or else we would have had to move flights a 3rd time. This is a warning for any others that may think to use this business.

I own a music studio at Washington and last week something came up so I needed to move closer to my brother in Brooklyn, that studio was basically my life and I really needed a moving company that had a good reputation. My music equpipment and some other things in the studio are pretty heavy and very expensive. I needed trusted hands and i'll be honest that's exactly what I got with United Regions. It takes a professional to know that the items they're handling costs a fortune and then actually treat those items accordingly. All my stuff got to me in perfect condition and with a friendly smile. They have exceptional customer service too.

When my girlfriend and I moved out of our old place, we initially wanted to rent out all the equipment, trucks and furniture pad that we would need for the move because all the moving companies we were contacting were not budget friendly at all. Last minute we got a friend recommend URVL to us and they hit us with a quote that honestly was fair considering all the stuff we had to move. I'm glad that when they came, they didnt compromise on quality and they still did an exellent job!

If you are like me and dont like any one touching your stuff, this may be the company to go with. My husband and I deliberated on weather or not to get movers to package all of out things, for me it was a stressful situation because i have a lot of collectors items and personally just dont like people touching my things. My husband is the more practical one wanting to get everything done through a company so we wouldnt be stresed out. I let him take charge and find the comapny and thats how we found United Regions. All in all we are so happy we did, my husband was so happy we went this route, and to be honest looking back i couldnt imagine doing all the work after watching them. They packaged everything for us, used a ton of packing supplies and organized everything neatly on to the truck

I needed my waterfountains moved across state to my grandmas house and I hired United regions for the job. They were great! Someone had come around the day before to dismantle them but when the moving team got there, it still had elements of water in it. We couldnt wait for it to dry and they found a way to manouver the foutains into tha truck and not spilling anything. It was super cool and inovative.

I got transferred from my post on short notice. I needed to move the wife and kids quickly in the middle of the school year. It was unplanned and I had a lot of papers to sort out so I honestly did not have the time to sit and pack any box. We both decided that hiring a moving company would be best and I can say I did not regret my decision. The team handled the whole moving process like professionals and none of my children had a single item missing. How they managed that. I have no idea. Great job!
