Initially, my husband and I debated extensively over using professional movers due to cost, and I was against it. Now, having completed the move and seen the difference professionals make, I recommend them, especially this company. They aren't the most expensive but delivered exceptional service. They left no stone unturned, making our move smooth and on time. They earned every one of these 5 stars.

This movers' positive review owes much…
This movers' positive review owes much to their exceptional team leader. While most people think moving only involves the physical laborers on-site (who were great, by the way), there's also work happening behind the scenes. The company's office team from United Regions Van Lines did an excellent job coordinating our move from Arizona to Vermont, even considering the time zone difference. I'll definitely use them again!

After their excellent performance in my previous move, I quickly hired them for this one. Their punctuality and advance confirmation calls are impressive. Importantly, no damage occurred during my long-distance moves between Maryland and Georgia. Highly recommended. Thanks to United Regions Van Lines.

We moved quickly from IN to AR because of my husband's new job. We used the same moving company United Regions Van Lines as before in Indianapolis, and they were great again. We really like this company because their team, both on-site and in the office, made our moves easy despite the chaos. We'll use them for our next move, for sure.

Selecting a reputable moving company…
Selecting a reputable moving company from the numerous options available can be a daunting task. Approximately a year ago, I fortuitously encountered this specific moving company, and their recent assistance with my relocation from St. Louise, MO to San Jose, CA underscored their exceptional professionalism. Their team's unwavering dedication to the task at hand left no room for inefficiencies or idle conversations. In terms of my experience with moving services, they unquestionably rank as the best, and I enthusiastically endorse them for future engagements.

We are prior military and this was our…
We are prior military and this was our WORST move EVER. When the loaders came we gave them the plastic wrap we had from our recent move- it was a new roll they said "No we have everything" What they don't tell you is they will charge you additional fees on top of what you have already paid so we had to pay $250 more for supplies we didn't need. I told the loaders to remove all the legs off the furniture so they would break during the move, we learned on delivery they did not do this so 3 out of our 4 end tables now have broken legs.
Let me explain their move process, they brought a Penske moving van to the house, they loaded all of our household things then they took it somewhere and offloaded it again. Then they reload it on another truck so you won't see how your things are put on the van.
The semi arrived for delivery at our new out-of-state address, you have to pay the driver in cash or a postal money order before they start to offload. When he opened the back of the semi our household things were loaded to the roof- it is generally recommended boxes not be stacked higher than 4 feet. We could see that some of the boxes were crushed from being stacked so high. They did not use straps to secure the load, a large portion of the load fell to the ground. My brand new bed frame was destroyed, in pieces. Our reclining leather couch frame was bent so it's like a carnival ride to get the right side to recline and it has a huge hole punched in the leather backrest. Our solid wood Walnut dining table is broken underneath where the leaf goes, and the back of the solid wood buffet is smashed in. There are several dents on one side of our solid wood coffee table. One of the legs of our brand new solid walnut entertainment stand is broken as they didn't remove them as we asked. We were told it was included in the price to disassemble and reassemble the furniture yet they did not remove the legs so they would not be damaged. We haven't opened all of our boxes yet, the boxes that fell out of the semi include our dishes and glassware. We have opened one box that has a serving platter which was shattered and a linen lampshade was crushed.
When they were offloading they brought items wrapped in moving blankets and asked where we wanted them placed, we could not tell what it was so I had him set it down and I unwrapped it while he went back to the semi. When he came with something else I told him the item needed to go upstairs he said "We only place once" I told him we couldn't see what the item was his response was "Not my problem, we don't move it after it's placed" and he walked off.
Our delivery was on a Saturday, we were unable to contact anyone, the system says to leave a message yet you are not able to leave a message. On Monday we were unable to talk to the rep who did our contract, left a VM, and still have not been contacted.
A HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY experience and I will never recommend the company.

We would have appreciated more…
We would have appreciated more competitive pricing, but our experience with the service surpassed our expectations. The movers arrived punctually and proceeded with swift and efficient packing and loading. Following the unpacking process, we can confidently confirm that no items were missing or damaged, ensuring the safe arrival of all our possessions. It's worth mentioning that their team exhibited professionalism through their uniform attire, distinguishing them from other movers. As a point of reference, our move involved transitioning from a 3-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom house in Richmond Hills, GA.

Save your money and the headache
Save your money and the headache. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve used moving companies before and none that have so many areas of lies. It will start with your no hassle estimate where they convince you can all be done with an IPhone or IPad. In that same call your sold on the White Glove Move (you sit back and the do all the packing). You literally do nothing. 2 days before your move your called by the move coordinator to insure your ready and go over everything. This call will cost you $1,000’s of dollars because your told after reviewing your move it’s more. You ask about the Binding Estimate and you get a bunch of double talk. If you were like me you were closing escrow across the country in 4 days and you give up thinking you can fix this before the move. Move day come with 4 men coming in to our home with boxes paper and tape. 3 people speak (Russian) no 1 guy speaks Ukrainian and some English. The lead guy grab a piece of paper pointing at a number telling I have to pay cash now. I contest and the English understanding gets worse. I can get a hold of anybody at their headquarters. Never could that day. As we’re winding down on the filling the truck (by the way it was box not a big trailer truck). As he should me the back of the truck he makes motions saying no more room. He pulls out the paper for the second time asking for more money. I’ve already given them $2669 deposit now I being told I have to give them an additional $6180 in cash again. I found it odd as I asked through out the pack job if I wanted to give them the stuff that wouldn’t fit. Worn down and tears and frustration later they close the truck with our belongings. I ask when will our stuff hit Tn. Poor English takes over. We’ve put our pets with private carriers and we would meet them in 5 days. Not getting answer I call Hqs the next day. I’m told they have till the end of month. Sarcastically reminded reminded the drivers can on drive so far by law. The need breaks. I waited a week and heard the same thing. Finally 2 weeks go by and I call and get the same sarcastic, why are you bothering us answers. Your stuff was unloaded to a warehouse in Sacramento. I get off the phone and an hour later I get a call with a gentleman informing he has my furniture and will deliver it to on Sat at 8. Somebody sure made some time from Sacramento. The next morning as promised a semi (the big one ) arrives with a college kid (I know I asked) arrives. So much for the company trained professionals. The lead guy takes a quick walk trough as we point out bedrooms and other pertinent info for placing furniture. He opens up the back of the and truck seems filled. They start bring things in and placing furniture and boxes where my wife wanted them. When the truck was unload I’m told $3980 more again cash. I ask about the White Glove Treatment I paid for as I had a move to be finished. He didn’t no what I was talking about only delivering furniture. The next day as we opened numerous boxes that we with 1 or 2 items barley wrapped and broken into little pieces. THIS COMPANY MOVE BY VOLUME NOT BY WEIGHT. IF THEY CAN TAKE 1 BOXFUL AND TURN IT INTO 3 YOU GUESSED YOUR MOVE COST GOES UP. I called on Monday only to be told if your unhappy you must use an arbitrator. Our arbitrator. I summary I’m NOT DONE. I will tell everyone just hope horrible they are.
