Great experience all around! Karin Parsons has alway made herself available and very knowledgeable of the program. Thank you so much Karin. Just started the program about two months ago. I’ve called customer service twice to tweak some initial set programs and they were fantastic on helping me. The goal as of today, in 5.7 yrs over $600k debt gone and $300k in interest saved! A must have to streamline your use of an LOC.

Total Scam!!! Do not waste your money!! I started the program and it did not work properly. They "worked" with me to correct it. Then I found out they were just overriding the system to get the end result. I went to the point they even wiped everything and I reset it up. It still did not work. I was told it would work better than quicken and I could eliminate it also. That was not true this program did not do anything more than what quicken would do. Not only would did it not compare to quicken it does not work as good a quicken. It does not give you different dates to pay your bills to cut interest like I was told. It is just a fancy way of trying to do a budget. They talk you into get zero interest cards to help because the system will move your money to save you interest. It said it did but it did not it just made things more of a mess. I spent too many hours trying to make it work and it did not get me anywhere. Do not waste your money! They will not give me a refund because they are saying it is past the 3 days even though they talked me into trying to make it work longer. I could not even get an appointment with someone within the 3 days to start using the program. There are other programs that are better and less of a headache that WORK and do not cost anywhere near the price.

You purchased the program on August 16, 2023. Your selling agent did a financial analysis before the sales with your current account balances. You were set up for your initial training to complete the program setup and to learn how to maintain it. You canceled the training two times and it wasn’t until September 5th that you had the training with your coach. While doing the training you were upset that your account balances had to be updated. Since it was almost a month from the time you purchased the program to the time you had the training, the balances for your accounts had changed. You became annoyed and insisted that we were manipulating the program to work for you. We weren’t. The coach was trying to make sure your current balances were accurate. Since most of the 90-minute training session was spent on updating account balances and showing you how to do that, another training session was scheduled on September 19th, 2023. You canceled that appointment. You sent an email stating that you would not be making the appointment since your numbers were all messed up and said your coach was setting it up to override the system and change figures where it had you going negative. The coach replied to your email saying that’s why you had to complete the training and finish setting up your accounts to reflect your real balances. You were asked to reschedule the appointment. You did not want to. You said you weren’t interested. You also informed the agent who sold you the program that you wouldn’t be doing the training. You sent an email on September 20th stating you wanted a different coach. You were sent an appointment schedule, but you did not reply. On October 5th you called customer support to find out how to ignore the program suggestions from September because you did not want to follow the program. You were shown how to do it. If you don’t follow the program's suggestions, you will not get out of debt using it. On October 12th, 2023, your selling agent called in and said you wanted to reset the program and start over. On March 7th, 2024, you asked for a refund. Your refund was denied since it was 7 months since you purchased the program. We gave you every opportunity to use the program with the promise to get you out of debt. You wasted our coach's time canceling multiple appointments and consistently said the system was being manipulated. You were not willing to take direction and are calling our company a SCAM. We have been in business for decades and have helped thousands of clients get out of debt. You are correct, this is not Quicken. Quicken can’t account for real-life scenarios and make adjustments so you can continue to pay down your debt. Our Training Manager reached out to you on March 26th, 2024, to see if you would be open to doing your training with her. We truly believe we can help you. We haven't received a response. We aren’t going anywhere if you change your mind.

This is a great program if you are looking to get out of debt quickly. I had a great experience with this company they answered all my questions and concerns. Give them a try if you are wanting to get out of debt!

Bill Blanchard who initially signed me up was really professional and knowledgeable about the program. I feel comfortable speaking with him and asking any questions I may have. Do not do it! They just put you in debt with a predatory lender. Then they say you can't cancle after the 3rd day, even though training won't happen until at least a week.

You signed up to be an agent with United Financial Freedom on August 2nd, 2023 to sell the Money Max Account. You purchased the Money Max Account program on August 15th, 2023. Your request for a refund was submitted on November 14th, 2023. You canceled your agent membership on the same day. You were using the program for 3 months. You purchased the program using a third-party finance company in which you have contractual obligations to make payments. We did not make this decision for you. As for the program that connects to your financial institutions. This is a third-party program that connects 85% of financial institutions. I do see most of your bank accounts were connected and there were some temporary issues with Chase. I do not see any notes that you requested a refund for this service. I don't know why you say we are a ripoff. We do not force anyone to buy our software which does work as advertised. Since you were an agent, you should know how many people we have helped to get out of debt using the Money Max Account. You would know that the program is based on mathematical algorithms that find the fastest way out of debt with the most interest payments saved. We do wish there was a way for us to continue to help you. Our support team is always here if needed.

Bill Blanchard was perfect. I could not ask for him to have been better in any way. He explained everything well and propelled me toward success. He followed up diligently, so I always felt fully supported. Bill was available whenever I needed him. The home office support was also fabulous. I got ahold of them right away, and they answered everything I needed.

Since then, my coach Bill Blanchard has been working with me to get everything fine-tuned but we should be debt-free within 5 years with the potential to save us over $65,000 worth of interest and we’re very excited about that!
