I can’t really give it a 5 Star right now because I’ve only had this program for about a week, it’s really good information and my trainer Audrey was very thorough, helpful, and patient. I believe in this program that it will keep me on track

User friendly

I have automatic payments that disappear some times and it would also be nice if the program would have an option that absolutely made sure an account was not suggested to go below a certain amount instead of saying they will try to keep it from going below a certain level and then I have to move more balances around. I have accounts that have to maintain a certain level or else I get charged fees. The program does a great job of helping me to pay my bills in the most effective fashion overall.

The clear and concise guidance given to me by Audrey was wonderful. Made me feel at total ease learning the program.

I would like to give 5 stars because this has changed my life and given me power over managing my debt and finances. However b there are some issues that have created frustration for me. There is a customer service line but I work nights and am up at night going through my finances normally. I wish I could see past 3 months on the action tab. I also haven’t been able to figure out when debt is being paid easily. I can see when the next and last debt is being paid off but not in between. I’ve also run into issues with it only allowing me to pay off debt out of my savings account even though I have indicated to pay through checking. It doesn’t happen all the time but one and it has caused a lot of manual adjustments and guess work. All in all this seems great so 4.5 stars for sure.

My experience with United Financial Freedom has been meaningful, and I appreciate the intention behind the services and the overall goal of helping me build financial stability and long‑term freedom. I’ve noticed areas where the program has strong potential to support my growth, especially in helping me save, reduce debt, and gain a clearer understanding of my financial habits. At the same time, there are areas where continued improvement could further strengthen the path toward true financial freedom. I want to express my gratitude to Lauren W., who has been especially helpful in updating my platform and guiding me through the steps needed to pay down my debt and begin building wealth. Her support has made a real difference. This program has given me a much clearer picture of where my money is going, which helps me feel more in control of my finances and more confident about the decisions I’m making.
