Bills will fall off unexpectedly, and if I wasn't still using Quicken, I would not realize they had fallen off. If I return an item that was purchased on a credit card, do not take it off of the payment amount! There is still a minimum payment- returned items do not count towards the minimum payment.

Overall good experience however there…
Overall good experience however there are a lot of bugs
1. System unable to capture and categorize accurately and precisely in realtime and outputs seem duplicative - no option for remedial measures when errors are noticed .
2. System appears dated and not flexible or versatile
3. The yodle system -that’s an added account feature and added cost does not appear to live upto the reputation - extremely slow, clunky and I don’t understand why the owners are not considering much more updated realtime solutions for seamless realtime account reflection such as plaid or MC .
I have indicated this to the staff and they keep saying that they are working on it
However timeline of implementation is unclear and uncertain .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate both your positive comments and your perspective on areas where you feel the program could be improved.
We understand your frustration regarding transaction downloads, categorization, duplicate entries, and the amount of manual review that may sometimes be required when working with downloaded transactions. While the program provides tools to help manage and organize imported data, we recognize that users may occasionally need to make adjustments to transaction details, categories, or duplicate entries, which can be time-consuming and frustrating. We have major developments in the pipeline to improve this process and the overall flexibility of the program.
Regarding Account Connect (Yodlee), we recognize that some users experience challenges with connection reliability, data refresh, and account synchronization. As a third-party integration provider, Yodlee's performance can vary depending on the financial institution involved. While we continue to work closely with our technology partners and development team to improve connectivity and reliability, we understand that delays and inconsistencies can be frustrating when managing your finances.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the platform's flexibility and modernization. Software development is an ongoing process, and we continually evaluate enhancements that can improve the user experience while maintaining the security and functionality our clients rely on.
While we may not always have a specific timeline available for future development initiatives, please know that customer feedback is reviewed and shared with the appropriate teams as part of our ongoing product improvement efforts.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving the program an opportunity. We appreciate your input and wish you the very best moving forward.
