I was embarrassed because I was behind on my MMA. But I started working on it to get caught up. I had forgotten a few things from my initial training, so I called, and spoke with Max. She was very helpful and got me on the right path again. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She didn't make me feel bad for being behind, either.
