A launch of the ".vip" extension occurred today at UnitedDomains.com I had some type of Trade Mark issues when attempting to register my domain name. I have had this preregistered domain name for a while and then all of the sudden when the launch occurred, it dropped from my pre-registration section. Luckily I immediately looked up the domain and its availability still existed. So I quickly registered it and it remained in a pending state. Frantically, I called tech support who are completely bogged down due to the launch of the extension and I spoke with a gentleman named "Tony M." He went above and beyond to see if my registration had cleared the Trade Mark issue and even though we couldn't get an answer right away, he stayed on the phone with me and answered some other billing related questions. Because of the system overload, I still couldn't get an answer right then and there, however, Tony M. said he would diligently be monitoring the domain I registered for confirmation and would email me back ASAP as soon as could confirm I had successfully completed said registration. I don't know for sure if the registration will go through, however Tony M. is going above and beyond for me and that is what really counts. If a UnitedDomains.com Executive is reading this, I please ask that you commend Tony M. on his excellent customer service and dedication. I give him a 6 STARS out of the available 5 STARS and will be happy to remain a loyal customer to UnitedDomains.com thanks to Tony M. and his amazing dedication to the customer. Sincerely, Donald S.
