United Domains has a proven system and accurate .....
I am an active user of UnitedDomains.com since it's inception several years ago. My experience is, United Domains has a proven system with accurate information live and faster than most companies I've used in the past. I will continue to use United Domains and would recommend to family and friends with no reserve.

Not able to access EPP Auth Code directly. Very costly compared to other registrars.
Not able to access EPP Auth Code directly. Very costly compared to other registrars. I attempted to access the Auth Codes for domains I wanted to transfer because of the expensive renewal cost at United Domains, and I was not able to get direct access to the EPP codes to do the transfer.
Response from uniteddomains.comMar 7, 2017
Hello, Andres, and thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about this experience, and can confirm that it has been addressed so that you can retrieve your domains' auth codes normally from your account. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and if you have any questions at all we are more than happy to help at [email protected]. Thank you!

the fraud
get my credit card information and lock my account.
Response from uniteddomains.comMar 6, 2017
Hello Kayon. We only store the expiration date and last four digits of a credit card for reference. We do not store or have access to any other credit card details. To ensure the legitimacy of orders placed on our website, we automatically screen all customer accounts before processing orders. I see that our system flagged your account for review because it contained details which are sometimes associated with illegitimate accounts, and therefore suspended account access as a precaution until this information can be verified. Unflagging an account is a fairly easy process, and a customer support representative has reached out to you with instructions for confirming your credentials. We are happy to help with any questions you may have in the meantime.

I have gotten two domain names, one for a private and one for a small business. Excellent support when I set up the sites. Easy renewal to keep the domain name active.
