I had a total of two domain renewals with them - one last week and one in March. Each time they charged me more than what was stated in the order confirmation (for the latest one they charged me 200 USD instead of 55 USD as it was stated). It took them five days to acknowledge the error ("we don't work on weekends"). I am still waiting for the refund which they promised. I am now doing myself the favor and move my domains somewhere else.

This was an exceptional edge case that required escalation to our backend team to resolve--we would like to stress that we acknowledged and escalated this case within one hour of receiving your ticket and resolved it within two business days. We also notified you of your refund's processing on July 17th, and there is an invoice in your account confirming this as well. The length of time needed for a refund to appear on your bank statement depends mainly on your financial institution, but in most cases it only takes 2-3 business days. We welcome you to reach out to us if you have any questions in the meantime.
