Very poor customer service. Web site was also down. They cut down staff during holidays
Response from uniteddomains.comJan 3, 2018
Hi Prince, I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with our service. We do indeed operate with a slightly reduced staff during the year-end holidays because we believe our hardworking employees deserve some quality time with their families. Our remaining staff is happy to assist during that time, and our knowledgebase is great for finding answers to common (and not so common) issues. Thank you, and all the best, Travis at UD

Zachary L.
Excellent experience with UnitedDomains. I'm not a techie and have never had to mess with DNS records before, but UnitedDomains' platform makes it simple and straightforward. When I had to call customer support with a few questions, the gentleman who answered was extremely kind and walked me through the process step-by-step. Very impressed and grateful for their service and support. Will continue to return. Thanks United!
