Great Investment in Safety Backed by Excellent Service

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Shortly after receiving my helmet, I noticed a defect in the adjustment system and reached out to customer support. Valentina was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They walked me through possible fixes, and when it was clear that wouldn’t work, they immediately arranged a full replacement—no hassle at all. Even when my original color and size were temporarily out of stock, they communicated clearly, offered alternatives, and made the switch seamlessly. The replacement arrived quickly and works perfectly. Beyond the outstanding customer service, the helmet itself is top-notch. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and well-designed, and it genuinely makes me feel more secure and visible while riding. It’s the kind of product that feels like a smart investment in safety, not just another piece of gear. It’s rare to find a growing brand that stands so firmly behind its product and treats customers this well. Highly recommend—to anyone who bikes and cares about safety, visibility, and great service.

Saved my father's life. Eternally grateful.
My father was in a terrible accident on his electric bike, he was hit by a minivan going 35 mph. He has extensive injuries including (but not limited to) 5 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, internal bleeding, and a broken leg. The one thing he did not have was a head injury. He came out of the accident without EVEN a concussion. The helmet alerted my mother, who was able to meet him at the hospital immediately. The helmet is destroyed, and Unit 1 is replacing it for free. Consider us loyal customers for life, this helmet is absolutely worth the price tag.

If on my bicycle, The Faro helmet is always in my head!
I have been using the Unit 1 Faro helmet for many years and once the first one had a little issue the guys at Unit 1 without any hiccup replaced it. It’s the best helmet I ever had and get stopped on the street to get compliments on it. The different an accessories are great like the lights abd remote control , so for the city , nature or the different outdoors terrains , Unit 1 gear is gonna be your best friend! Cherry on top , great customer service!
