I had an excellent customer service experience with Unit 1. I had to return a helmet, but the package was apparently lost by the shipping provider. I provided the shipping receipt, and their support team proactively sent me a replacement helmet right away and handled everything else on their side. That level of trust and customer care is rare these days. Highly recommended!

Confusing FB advertising. Advertises the Faro as a Mips helmet but sell it as extra . The ad is targeted for impulse buyers. Didn't realise till I received that it doesn't have the MIPS lining

I bought the Unit 1 Neon helmet. I opened it as soon as I got it and the velcro pieces that hold on the back padding had falling off before I even put it on. This seems like a nice helmet but that should not happen on a helmet that costs over $200. I went out and bought more adhesive velcro pieces and fixed it myself. They need better quality control.
