No communication
On ordered a scanner and after 3 weeks of not hearing anything back in finally called . The scanner I ordered is no longer in Stock . Hopefully the one I let you guys talk me into is just as good and helpful to my business. It is less expensive than the one I ordered and have heard nothing on a refund on the money I saved by purchasing the other one. It's okay to call the number I gave you guys to let me know what's going on so I can better help my customers

They did their job wel
The tool I ordered was not even made when I ordered it. Customer service kept me informed through the manufacturing process. They told me when it shipped and I had the tool a couple days later. My hat is off to the entire customer service crew. JP - Vancouver WA
