Ordered the tool and never received a tracking number. A week later I called and she said she would look into it and call me back. The next day when I still hadn't heard from her I called back and she said it had been delivered. When I said I hadn't seen it she said she'd call me back. She returned my call a few minutes later to tell me it was delivered that morning....to them. She said she would get it shipped to me the next day. Not sure who dropped the ball but it took weeks to get my tool and to get the job completed.

Tool was suppose to remove ALL Haldex adjusters. It worked on the left side but wouldn't stay on the right side. $280.00 later I still needed the torch.

I requested that you ship via USPS, however I was told that UPS was the only method that you used. Not only was it much more expensive, they delivered my item somewhere else. And they don't seem to be able to find it! Even worse, it is virtually impossible to actually speak with someone at UPS. They simply don't care. Luckily one of Unique's staff members, Marissa, took the time to try to unravel the mystery. and when she couldn't simply sent me a replace item via USPS. It arrived in two days.

Customer service wasn't bad minus calling me Ralph. On all of the invoices and correspondence after the purchase that I made. During the sale the sales associate was calling me by my name.

not able to review something i have not recieved items

I ordered a reference manual/guide, and it's cost is $7.97. I was charged $9.95 for shipping. As a customer, I generally feel swindled when a company can't offer mailing resources that are obviously less expensive. I'm not likely to bring any business to your company.

Found the TPMS EL-50448 kit on the internet at Unique Truck Equipment at a good price. Called them for availability, they offered to take my order over the phone on my Visa credit card. Box arrived at the suggested shipping time. Upon picking up the box at my doorstep I immediately noticed the item inside rattling around. After opening the box, found 2 small pieces of bubble material inside this box whose size was 8 times bigger than the item being shipped inside it across half the US.(surprised unit survived) Visa card was billed some $85 +, then mysteriously credited $5+. The Packing slip inside shipped box did not have the item $ price and the total $ amount I was supposed to have paid listed (assigned spaces left blank)
