DO NOT BUY FROM UNIQUE TRUCKS
DO NOT BUY FROM UNIQUE TRUCKS. Absolute nightmare experience. I purchased a 2022 Ford F-350 sight-unseen to be shipped to Washington for my business. The first truck I signed paperwork for was apparently "wrecked," so they quickly swapped me into a different one. That should have been my first warning. When the truck arrived, it had severe, undisclosed damage. My local diesel shop found broken exhaust manifold studs leaking fumes directly into the cab, a broken axle U-joint, a bad APIM module, and leaking oil pans. Worst of all, the "Check Engine" light on the dash was burnt out—effectively hiding hard engine faults for failed sensors. They also sold me a $7,500 extended warranty that proved completely useless. I was forced to pay over $8,500 out of pocket immediately just to make the truck safe to drive. Throughout this, Matt and Nick constantly promised they would make it right. They even offered to trade me out of the defective truck. But after stringing me along for weeks, they completely stopped responding and ghosted me. To top it all off, they completely botched the title and registration paperwork, meaning my temporary tags are expired and the truck isn't even legally registered to drive. Save yourself the thousands of dollars in repair bills and the legal headaches. Avoid Unique Trucks at all costs.
