I ordered a pink, breast cancer awareness for my mother. A rollator arrived in 2 days, but it was not the right one. It was blue. I immediately called and was told to send pictures, which I did. I also included a picture of the shipping label This was on the 29th of July. A return shipping label was sent for me to return the rollator. I did that. Today, the 9th of August, I am still waiting for the correct rollator to be sent. The money has not been credited to my account either.

Ordered small but found it too small for my wife and found we wasted $40. However, by returning the order we only wasted 1/4 of that. Unique Med supply accepted the 3/4 unopened product that we sent returned.

Well I ordered parts for Rascal the 305 a basket for the back the throttle control electric switch they sent me the wrong ones the bass goes on the back and there's no bracket to hook to the the Rascal so it's either missing parts or they sent me the wrong ones that's why only rated to
