I asked for a return label and have heard nothing. There is nothing wrong with the product, my husband won't use them.

Shipping could be faster, waited a long time for my order. I love them just need better shipping.

Needing to return a rollator.... I bought two for my 84 year old mother to actually try. 25% restocking fee of the second and haven't heard back regarding a return label. Returns are discouraged apparently.

I recently ordered a 2 piece set and one part arrived quickly with no problems. The second item arrived after a week however I received an empty box. Customer service was great and directed me on how to resolve the issue. The company is sending a replacement however I’m having to wait several more weeks. It’s frustrating but not really the company’s fault the item was stolen in the first place. I would still order from them again.

Was short one package out of box. Not the first time I've ordered so don't know if this happened before or not. Other than that have been satisfied.

Your product is what we needed but by the time it to us we could not use it. So product is good but shipping was not on time so am returning for refund. Thank you
