The cane looks nice, but its quad base is uneven and very wobbly, and the cane is a bit heavier than it should be. I thought it was just a defect in that cane, but when I tried the second cane they sent me (exact same), I was presented with the same problem… an uneven base that could cause a serious fall if you land on a rock or hit an uneven structure in the sidewalk. Since it is welded at the base, it cannot be adjusted. However, the staff was wonderful in trying to rectify the problem. I really believe that this particular cane should be removed from inventory

Was a 3/ 5 day shipping. After 2 weeks i called said it woyld be shipped folling Fri. Wrong i got it a week later out of a faculity in Califorina. Lady told me it be shipped from place in Ohio. I dont recommend if need equipment in an hurry

I reordered this chair because I was so happy with the sturdiness of the last one I ordered about 5 years ago. When I set it up it doesn't sit completely flat so I thought when I used it it would fix itself but it hasn't. I have one leg so when I stand in the shower I have to push myself up with my hand on the seat and I heard a loud snap. Now the seat has protrusions where the bolts are underneath it. I have only had it 2 weeks and it just seams like inferior quality compared to my first one.

Good product - wheeled walker by Medline, but bad experience ordering. I placed the order online on a Sunday - discovered it was going to the wrong address, called and left a message, sent an email, and finally got a person Monday morning at 8 am - business open. Product still went to the wrong address, then multiple phone calls to get it returned and new product sent to the correct address. Will not use this company again.

I am giving only 2 stars, not because of any quality issues. It is because WHO THEY PICKED AS A SHIPPER! Took FOREVER TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! Almost a month, this thing was sent to more states then I have been to. Plus the shipping company damaged one of the parts in the box. It looked as if they rammed the box with a tow motor fork, and busted one of the small side panels. NEVER AGAIN!

Even after calling to confirm the order, it took nearly twice the estimated time.
