When I first ordered with Unique
When I first ordered with Unique, I was a little hesitant because they had posted a notice warning of possible significant delivery delays due to Covid19. I was pleasantly surprised when 2 or 3 days later my order arrived! Prices and prompt delivery are the best you will find.

The staff have been very helpful
The staff have been very helpful. I've experienced a setback in the delivery/ lack of of the wheelchair I ordered. FED EX Mishandled the shipping which is not the fault of Unique Medical. Ms Olivia has bent over backwards to fix the problem.

I ordered this wheelchair based on…wonderful customer service
I ordered this wheelchair based on their website details and pictures. I had a couple questions and ended up calling customer service twice. They were great! And the wheelchair arrived in timely manner exactly as described and pictured. We are thrilled with it. Great quality. Wonderful customer service. Would definitely choose this company again if the need arises.

Great Service
Great Service! I ordered an item for a good price and got a fast delivery schedule report. Great! But, then, the delivery company lost the order. I called Unique Medical Supply and a customer service rep came online very quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and a few days later, my item arrived. I'll buy again from Unique Medical Supply.
