I purchased my first wrist brace several years ago. It needed to be replaced so I got a new one plus one for my left wrist. I also ordered one for my daughter. Very good product and service.

I had an issue with the product and e-mailed them. They e-mailed back right away for a picture. and then e-mailed again the next day and asked if I had pictures (they didn't have to do this - this was really nice - since I am very busy it was a great reminder to send the pictures). They are going to send me a replacement part - great customer service.

The wheelchair arrived in about 36 hours! It was delivered before I even knew it was shipped! It was as described and we are extremely happy with the quality of the chair. Was short one package out of box. Not the first time I've ordered so don't know if this happened before or not. Other than that have been satisfied.
