This is the best chair ever it holds up and did not break as one that I bought on Amazon I would highly recommend this chair and it does hold up to its weight capacity

Price was good and shipping was fast. The seat mounting pieces were not as pictured as it came with 2 U clips and not the 4 plastic clips and screws as pictured. I was given the manufacturers phone number before I placed my order as I wanted to see if the seat came with both means of attaching the seat and was told it came as pictured which proved incorrect as it had just the 2 U clips and the screws. Bottom line is I made it work but I would have preferred the 4 plastic clips.

I had to return a transport chair that was never used, & they had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee which came out to be $40.00!!! I will NEVER order from them again & I will never recommend anyone to them..Also, very rude & very poor customer service!!

I think they did a good job I ordered my walker on a Wednesday an had it four days later
