Great experience with UMS
1 year ago I wanted to take my sister on a cruise and I needed a transport wheel chair. I went to a local medical supply store, explained why I was looking for a TWC. They sold me a chair with small wheels and after 8 days of pushing my sister on carpet, I was totally worn out. I was so upset when I was told I needed a chair with big wheels. I went back and tried to exchange for one with bigger wheels. They wanted a ridiculous price for 2 larger wheels and a lot more for a new chair replacement. I left the store distraught and when I got in my car, I went on line and found Unique Medical Supply. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. They even directed me to Medline, hoping my insurance would cover it. Insurance only covers the small wheeled chairs. I decided to call UMS back and order from them. The chair was delivered in a couple days. I am so pleased with my entire experience with Unique Medical.
