Ordered a rollator/wheelchair on a…
Ordered a rollator/wheelchair on a Tuesday evening and by Thursday of that same week it was on my doorstep. The installation of the foot rests, back and hand rails were easy to do and took no tools. The chair is very light and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this product.

A little on edge about this order.
Customer Service was very accommodating and made 2 calls. On the second call she explained that the chair I saw in the ad would look different than the chair I would be receiving. I had ordered the petite but but they were sending the large version which would be too big for me. The petite would not be right for me because I was I was 5’2”and the chair would accommodate 5’1” and under. The chair could be made with an extension that would fit a person of 6’1”but that would not fit my short stature. It would have a different back and have over stuffed arms, so I haven’t actually seen the chair I will be receiving. She stated that the individuals that would deliver the chair would set it up but be sure the order was correct and to make sure it worked before they left because the chair was not returnable. I would prefer to have filled the survey after I receive the chair in 2-3 weeks.
