Item arrive badly damaged
Item arrive badly damaged. No return shipping label enclosed. Very difficult to speak with a live person on the phone, electronic communication is their preference which is fine if you are computer savvy or even have a computer. I was asked to send a picture of the damaged item which I personally found difficult. I left 2 messages on customer service voice mail asking them to CALL me, again I received only texts. Finally I did speak with someone, mission accomplished and was told the request for a replacement was sent to Medline, as of today it has not arrived. I won't make this mistake again.

The stocking Donner was very nice
The stocking Donner was very nice. Although, I could not figure out how to use it on my compression pantyhose. Therefore I regretfully I’m trying to return it as soon as I get a return label. Thank you for working with us
