I ordered a Medline walker for my 89 year-old mom and the site sent me a confirmation e-mail for my order and said they would send me an e-mail with the tracking information. I ordered the walker on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, never received a tracking e-mail and the walker was delivered to my mom's apartment Thursday, the 26th. This could have been a huge problem. A neighbor knocked on my mom's door that evening and told her she had a big box outside her door and took it into her apartment for her. Someone could have walked off with. Mom loves the walker, but I wouldn't order from Unique Medical Supply's website again. I also would not order a Medline walker again either. It has 4 large VERY sticky stickers on the frame that do not peel off and they are not paying us to advertise for them with their name on the cheap canvas bag that attaches with Velcro strips under the seat. I'm going to purchase a wire basket to put under the seat from a medical supply store in my neighborhood.

This appears to be a very good chair. Built well and good price. Has nice features for the money. Definitely light weight and my wife can load it into the back of our suburu wagon without folding the seats down.

They sent the wrong label USPS I stead of FedEx label made things so confused
