The transport chair seems to be working well, love the large wheels in the back, and the folding capability, although I have only used it for my 91 yr old mother twice so far, my 3 stars was for lack of communication from the company After receiving the box I right away took pictures of the very damaged box it came in, which led to a couple scratches on the chair its self (something my mom noticed a few days later) but nothing that impedes using it. I sent those pictures and have been waiting back for any sort of confirmation from this company that they acknowledged my email and pics, nothing so far; hence 3 star review.
