I'm satisfied with your product that I bought. The only thing I'm concerned with is the durability of the drying arms, as for drying efficiency the product worked well for what I needed it for.

I ordered a magnetic elbow sleeve for tennis elbow. Their size chart on the website said I would need a small but when I got it and put it on it was too tight. I returned it per their instructions and the sent a larger size. The new one fits perfectly. There was no problem with the return which I find refreshing with on-line purchases. Great customer service. I will buy from them again.
