Still have not received all items. Terrible Customer service!!!!!!

The item (dumbbells) delivered to me was old and rusty

So...ordered an adjustable dumbbell set and an additional 4 10 lb plates. Got the dumbbells in a few days--great service. But no plates. Website says the plates have shipped, Unique customer service doesn't answer my questions about the whereabouts of the plates, shipping info, tracking #, etc. Nothing, zip, nada. Tried checking with Troy, the manufacturer of the plates, but they had no way of finding my order with Unique's order number. Getting ready to dispute the charge for the plates.

I ordered this product:TKO CARDIO PUMP SET 836CPS2 Received it, however the send me a used beat up, dirty, gross, weight set. They don’t answer phone calls, I send email, have not heard anything back. I am very disappointed.

I have not received a tracking number yet!!

I never received my purchase just the damn free t shirt .... reached out multiple times no answer , pretty pathetic this company would rip people off during a pandemic especially from someone that works in law enforcement sacrificing my life very day

I understand that there is stress and slowdowns due to the Covid-19 virus but i still answer my customers e-mails when they write to me requesting some sort of expected ship date. It has been over two weeks with no info on when my order will arrive.

I did not receive any of the weights that I ordered, only the free T-shirt. The tracking label said all these items were delivered, there was no mention of any back ordering or late delivery. I will be trying to constant customer service again this weekend.
