Failed to send me the correct weights. Got one 45 and one 50 pound dumbbell when I ordered 2 45s about 3 weeks after I placed my order. Overpriced.

I made two orders. Only one of them was shipped. The main order was not delivered. The tracking order for the main items I purchased was connected to the second order. So instead of 3 sets of dumbbells, I got a single plate.

I ordered a pullup bar and all that showed up was the supports...no bar. I called and left messages 3 times and have not heard back. Very dissapointed.

I received used equipment and customer service never responded to me (after I sent 3 emails over a 2 week time-frame voicing my concerns with what I received). Horrible customer service.

To be honest I am very disappointed. I submitted an order for over $1,200 of Hampton weights and a rack over 16 days ago and only the rack has arrived after 2 weeks. The current coronavirus situation is probably causing some delay but Unique Fitness have made no effort to inform their customers what is the current situation with their suppliers and what delays we can expect. This is not difficult to do and by doing nothing is not a great way to retain customers. I submitted an order inquiry form to Unique Fitness only to receive an automated response stating they are receiving thousands of emails which inspires even less confidence! Surprisingly, I still see Unique Fitness advertisements all over the web indicating they are still taking orders regardless of the supplier situation. I will hold on for another 2 weeks before canceling my order.

Ordered a barbell set over two weeks ago and still no word on when it will be shipped. The free shirt did finally come today so I guess that's something. I understand that due to Covid things are taking longer, but that needs to be communicated with the customer before purchase. It's not hard to update a website to let people know that orders are taking so long. When I ordered, the website said 5-7 business days which is why I chose this company over some others. Wishing I had gone with another company as I have since ordered additional equipment from two other companies and already received my items. Unfortunately now I have an expensive rack and bench but no weights. If this stuff wasn't sold out everywhere else now I would cancel my order immediately but I guess I will just wait and see what happens. Customer service isn't answering the phones and I did get an email back saying that orders were talking 7-10 business days to process but it's been much longer than that since I placed my order. If you don't care if you ever get what you paid for or if you really just want a "free" shirt to show up in a couple of weeks, buy from this company. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

Only 4 of 8 items arrived and no one answers for customer service when you call.

I made two separate purchases on the same day. In there listing it mentioned the items were available and ready to ship. I've sent several messages to Unique Fitness Concepts store only to get the same reply. We will get back to you because we have 1000's of messages to get to. I sent them another message asking if they couldn't fill my orders to please cancel both because I couldn't use one without the other. They replied and said yes of course. I received the workout bench but not the weights. So it's useless to me. They have not responded to my last email. It's been about a month now and still no weights. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS UNRELIABLE.
