Pleasantly surprised with great service
From the online chat to someone actually answering the phone, to them proactively reaching out to me with a question to the package delivering three days earlier than expected, I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, specific and helpful. While I was initially hesitant given their web address seemed a bit unofficial, ie uniquefit1.com, and found them on Walmart and Amazon posts, I decided to buy directly from them after having a good experience chatting and speaking with someone at the company. The best deal was on their home website.
