Based on my experience purchasing from Unique Fitness Concepts, I would recommend at least giving them a long, hard look if I needed something in future. I ran into a bit of a problem when it came to shipping my purchase, however. When I ordered my MedCline LP Shoulder Relief Solution the first time, everything seemed to go smoothly. However, the next day I received an email stating that they had cancelled my order because they couldn't ship the product to me in Alaska. In itself, that's not so unusual. Shipping things up here can be a challenge in certain instances, but I went back to their site to see if I had simply missed the notice stating that they couldn't ship outside the contiguous 48 states. As far as I can see, there was no such notice. I replied to the email from the customer support department to ask why the pillow could not be shipped here. The response I received stated that I was outside their region, and they aren't permitted to ship to me. Strangely, I couldn't find any other company that sells the MedCline pillow anywhere. I can't say for certain how regions figure into everything, but I can only assume that they know their business. I ended up having the pillow shipped to a friend in the Lower 48, and he shipped it to me. It cost an extra $60 for the additional shipping, but I consider that to be a fairly reasonable amount, all things considered. The pillow itself is amazing. I noticed a difference in how my shoulders and neck felt after the first night. I highly recommend it.

Good service, but I didn't know that I was purchasing a large item. I think the sizing could be better displayed. I am petite, so it's pretty big!

Very good quality. Took a while to figure out the sweet spot on the shoes I'm using. Can replacement straps be ordered?
