The order was supplied incorrectly and I cannot get a response from the company via email, as per their phone instruction. Frustrating.

No one returns emails. False advertisement saying it was a pair and I only got one. I paid double the price for one item.

My Olympic weight bar was never delivered. I have called numerous times, no answer and mail boxes are full. Awful customer service!

Terrible! Ordered March 20th, charged my credit card immediately. Delays for COVID, sure I get it, but NO communication. My packing slip allegedly printed 4/13 and would have email shipping confirmation coming, but still nothing a week later. Now phone goes to voicemail where it says don't leave a voicemail, send an email. They don't respond to emails either. I wish I didn't have to write this, but I am left with no choice. Please save yourself the frustration of working with this company.

Need better customer service, and better systems.

Very bad customer service. No response to emails. Took a long time to ship items that I spent $1500 on. Then when I received it was the wrong items. Called and was told someone would get back to me but have heard absolutely nothing

I still have not received my order I placed almost 1 month ago. No one will respond to give me a refund or to let me know when to expect my weights that I ordered. Really disappointed.

Busy time for all of us but I did not get any response to my multiple emails asking for an update and still waiting for my product to arrive after 23 days... My cc was charged on Day 1
