Excellent coupon, but after the sale... it was crickets. After a week of hearing nothing, I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order as my item was not back ordered. I was told that they were busy and had a lot of orders, and that as soon as my item had a tracking number I would be sent an email. My item showed up out of the blue a week later with no tracking email. Use caution if you are buying a gift and have a deadline to meet.

There should be more than one size as there is excess material when you close the Velcro.

Webstore is very easy to navigate. The item I purchased arrived at my door very quickly (2 days as opposed to the estimated 7 days). Great overall experience. The only problems I have is that the shipping box that contained my item was open and had a hole in one side. The item could have slid right out of the box. Not sure if that is the fault of the parties who packed it or the handlers at FedEx. Also the the retail box that contains the item was open at one end. The contents of the box were perfectly sealed though. It won't stop me from shopping here again, but I'll be more cautious. If not for those things, I would have given five stars.

Good quality material that will last but part of the material was not sewn to the leather on the left thumb glove. Will be a mater of time before it comes apart. Probably an oversight on QC

Shopping with unique fitness was easy. I had a good shopping and checkout experience. They offer the chance to earn a $100 gift for doing their survey. The way it was worded it sounded like a gift card or discount offer to their site. Instead it was magazines with an auto-renewal function that wasn't optional. Interpretation: they just got my credit card info and the magazines will continue to charge me in an on-going cycle. I'd rather have a genuine $2 coupon to the site that makes me want to return. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
