Order took a long time to fulfill but that was due to a high demand. In the end, I went straight to the manufacturer to request an order update and they were able to provide.

I wanted to rate my experience as a 3 or a 3.5, but I'll give Unique Fitness Concepts the benefit of the doubt (with a 4-star) as they aren't fully to blame for the issues I had. My checkout process was fine and everything. However, once the order was finally processed and a tracking # came through, it wasn't updated for days. So, I figured maybe the team does what most companies do and created the shipping label but still hadn't dropped off the package, even though it was showing an expected delivery date. Well, then the tracking information on the website never updated, nor did anything change on the FedEx tracking site. Eventually, I decided to reach out to CS to get any sort of information on my order. I received a fairly prompt response that said my product wasn't actually being shipped from Unique Fitness Concepts, but rather from the company that owns the product I purchased (no big deal, they probably have a contract with them or have some sort of dropshipping agreement). The issue, though, was I was given my tracking number but Unique Fitness even responded with "your product has shipped directly from _______, I'll check with them to get more info" Sure thing, that's no big deal either. I thanked the CS rep and waited to hear back. Didn't ever hear anything. In the meantime, I kept checking FedEx and the original tracking # I was given... Well, now it was updated, and my delivery date changed/was pushed back. In the end, the delivery took around 10-days, which is fine, but there was just a lot of lack of updates and communication. Even the website's tracking page still shows no information unless I go directly through FedEx. In the end, I am just happy I received my product and it is what I wanted. Overall, Unique Fitness seemed to have the best price for the product I wanted, I was able to find a discount code, and it shipped for free so you can't beat that. If there were just a little more clarity on the timeframe of my delivery, along with the actual followup from CS, then a 5-star rating would be warranted. Lastly, there could have been issues overall with UF and the company whose product I purchased, as the price was a lot lower than their website, Amazon, and other third-party sellers and when I went back on the website, UF had raised the price of the product back to retail, and now that I look, they don't even have that brand available on their site anymore. Maybe the two companies had some miscommunication about pricing and this could have caused some issues/delays with shipping because it had to get resolved on the backend. Just a theory, but it's too bad they no longer have the product for sale!

I love shopping with you...but with my last order I could only buy one soft roller...you were out of stock...so I had to buy the other 5 on another website.

The item purchased as described. Just what I wanted. At checkout I didn’t see where I could ship to different address so after purchase I sent an email to send to different address. Never heard back and was sent to my billing address.

My melt method foam roller split after years of use. This foam roller seems the same and I use it almost every day. I use it all over- on my back hips,legs etc. Great for relieving tension. I also do pilates classes with it. It's a wonderful addition to my fitness routine.
