You should never use fedex!!!

I ordered three sets of dumbbells. The website gave you the impression that they were in stock, but it took a long time before I received the order. I even picked up the order at the UPS terminal just to reduce the delivery time by a week, but it still took over one month. The people were nice enough.

Thanks. I found the service to be quite good but a little disappointed in the product. I ordered a ice bag that I expected to be leak-proof. I noticed after using it a few times the bottom became wet.

Wrist support does not fit my wrist comfortably. Awkward and uncomfortable.. I wanted a support less noticeable than my current support . This Mueller product is disappointing.

Overall the staff at Unique Fitness was very friendly and nice. I ordered a weighted vest from their website. The day after ordering they called and said they could not ship the way the website offered, even though I already paid roughly an extra $30 for expedited shipping. Long story short they did end up delivering the vest in the time frame I had originally ordered it in. However they made me pay an extra $50 to do so, on top of the $30 I had already paid. While they did make it happen, I think that a truly customer focused company would have eaten the extra charge for shipping because their website guaranteed the delivery, and there was no error on my side at all. When I kindly pushed for them to pay the whole thing because of their error, they said they could cancel my order. Disappointing.

Service was prompt. Pillow was too full of stuffing and not the proper fit for me. It may work good for a man. Need pillow not so firmly packed.

Rating could go up. Having slept so many years in a chair, I haven’t been able to sleep with it yet! Still hoping my body conditions to it. It feels good. Glad that you give the 100 night trial!

FOR THE PRICE, THE KNEE BRACE DOESN'T SEPARATE AND MUST BE SLID UP FROM YOUR FOOT, AND IS EXTREMELY BULKY. BUT IT DOES WORK.
