This is my first time ordering from Unique Fitness Concepts. Due to COVID19 it did take 3 weeks to get our order but they are clear about the longer shipping times on their website. 75% of our order was in stock so they shipped it and will ship the rest when it becomes available. We are so thankful they shipped us what was in stock for our order so we could at least have that. They have been very professional and so far a pleasure to do business with.

I wanted a rowing machine to be able to get a better workout from home during the pandemic. I was thinking I'd be waiting awhile with all of the shipment delays I'd been seeing everywhere else. I placed my order on Tuesday and by Thursday evening I was doing my first rowing workout. Great experience and prompt shipment/delivery. I would buy from them again.
