Unique Fitness ConceptsReviews of uniquefit1.com

great customer service and great deal for weights.

Due to pandemic, the order took a long time to ship, but the company responded quickly to my request for updates.

Easy to order, fast delivery, great product.

It was a little strange that I never received a confirmation of purchase or even a shipping notification so I thought it was all a scam ... but everything eventually arrived about a month after I ordered -as expected during this high demand time. The equipment is great and very glad I made the purchase!

I was really concerned with ordering weights online. With such an investment, I didn't want to choose the wrong seller. We looked all over the internet for options - most were sold out. I hadn't heard of Unique Fitness but they had the free weights in-stock and the price was reasonable. I read the reviews on their site and also did my own searches including the BBB to confirm they were legit. We placed our order and got our weights in about a month. I had checked with their customer service while we were waiting and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and informative they were. The semi driver who dropped them off at our house was a really nice guy. And last, but not least, the weights are exactly what we were looking for - well made and no weird smell or jagged edges.

Great purchase! I am enjoying it a lot and my husband is liking it too. Maybe we will buy the next weight set up for him. The delivery took the full three weeks, which made me a bit nervous; yet it arrived and the product is of great quality. I like the grip material of the bar and that the bar seems pretty solid/strong to withstand even more load. Very happy, looking forward to a great fall/winter workout!

My weights came!! I was a little suspicious because I’d never heard of the site, but I actually got my PowerBlocks after looking for them for months during the pandemic! So happy.

Very happy with my water rower. It arrived when stated. Customer service was upfront and helpful. Glad I ordered from here.
