Made an order online to be collected 3 days later only to get there and find out some items hadn't been packaged yet. Took another 45min waiting whilst searching in there warehouse. Other than that everything was in place

Customer service is great. It is efficient,I was able to buy from a different country and everything was collected hustle free ,it makes things easier when building very convenient.They need to update the search engine though, you need to know exactly the category of what you are searching for otherwise it won't show up.

I am impressed with the efficient online shopping site and the payment platform. Having my purchase ready by the following day is appreciated and makes me want to continue using Union hardware again. I received a refund without any problem too.
