I ordered a couple of puzzles for my moms birthday. Shipping was delayed a month. I cancelled the ordered. I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later. Do not believe their refund policy.

Never received the 3 puzzles I ordered a month ago, way in advance for my wife's birthday. Been waiting a month with very little communication from the company and never received any confirmation or tracking.. seems like a scam to me or just the worst customer service ever!

When I ordered my puzzles they said 3-6 days. 3 weeks on they are still not here. No email to explain or alert me of delay. I contacted them and they said one of the puzzles was back ordered. They did not tell me this at point of order. Nor did they send the puzzles they had in stock, even though I stressed it was for mothers day. They have taken my money and not delivered what they said they would, not looked after my interests, and withheld information they knew when asked. I would not recommend this company.

I still have not gotten my puzzles and the tracking still shows in transit to dhl e-commerce. I had reached out and the only thing they said was to wait a couple of days and still nothing. I was so looking forward to this puzzle

I had previously posted a positive review for Unidragon's puzzles and they are indeed beautiful. However their customer service is non-existent and their marketing practices are deceiving. They offered to grant bonus points for a review on TrustPilot (bonus points translate to a discount on a future purchase). It's been nearly 4 months since I posted my review (a very positive one) but they still have not awarded the bonus points they promised. I have sent multiple emails asking about it and got nowhere. They have lost a customer--I'm done!

I placed an order and waited 30 days for delivery. At that time I looked up the tracking and it was invalid. I contacted them regarding the status and they responded saying it was "lost" and they would gladly issue a refund. Then, they went silent and wont respond to emails, so after almost 2 more weeks I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company!!!

My puzzles arrived and are good quality but they're missing pieces. Customer service agreed to re-send my order to solve this problem but failed to do so (TWICE!). I never received a confirmation, tracking, or shipment info for the replacement items, and they ignored all further emails from me. Despicable, dishonest service.
