Ordered a puzzle 2 weeks ago, paid it immediately (of course), still "order unfulfilled", wrote emails and messages but no one answers. I don't want the puzzle anymore, since it should have been a Christmas gift, hope will get the money back.

One of my worse online experience ever. They are supposed to deliver the puzzle within 2 weeks. 3 weeks after my purchase i still wait for any information. It took me 3 emails to get a first reply. Right now i wrote 5 emails. Maybe at the next i'll get another reply, finally ?! I understand that Christmas is a busy season for businesses, but this lack of communication is extremely frustrating. So, this review is about the service. I trust that the product deserves a 5/5 though. We'll see ... one day (Order #78713 if you want to act !)

Ordered a gift in mid november, still didn't receive it 1 month after. When asked the support for the tracking number, got a vague answer "you will receive it", but no date and no tracking number. After I asked for the refund the support ghosted me. Looks like a scam. Avoid!

Voilà maintenant plus de 2 semaines que j'ai commandé chez vous et je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle de mon colis. J'ai commandé un Charming Owl size M. Le suivis de colis ne s'actualisant absolument pas, on se demande si tout cela est bien vrai ! Pour noël je crois bien que c'est plié ! Je vais devoir me rabattre sur un autre cadeau étant donné que la livraison est interminable et que même après plusieurs demande par mail, le service ne daigne pas à me répondre !

I will never order more from here! It is not enough that I waited 3 weeks without informing me about the order, the customer service refuses to reply to the e-mails and my order was incomplete, one of the puzzles did not arrive and they are unable to do anything to compensate, to hurry and send the missing item! I wanted to give them as a Christmas gifts!

I was already a bit doubtful about this company before I ordered but as the puzzles look really high-quality I tried anyway. Unfortunately my doubts were right. I ordered a puzzle in november and haven‘t got the shipment yet. It seems like I‘m not the only one with this problem. Customer service is really bad - no answers on mails or live chat. As I didn‘t even get a confirmation of the shipment I suppose the puzzle hasn‘t been sent yet. Therefore I will have to order my money back form my credit card and can’t recommend this company.

Seems like scam! It's been 14 days and they haven't even sent anything. they send me a track number that it's wrong. They rarely answer and I am trying with 4 different ways (email, facebook, instagram, char from site) and they say nothing at all.... They ensure me more than once that I will have everything before Holidays and they haven't even send anything yet. I asked my money back, I will update soon... You ask for more information, so: Order #78939 Plenty of emails that you already know. I made my order 28 November and then updated at 30 November after I asked for a change. Since then I have zero news (except the wrong tracking).
