I placed an order which was fulfilled within a reasonable time given that shipping to South Africa is often slow/delayed. Unfortunately, there was a mistake, in that one of the puzzles was incorrect. Not only did UniDragon send a replacement, but they followed up on the replacement shipment going missing/being delayed. It took time, but I'm grateful for the great customer service.

Love these puzzles! Hard to do but final result is gorgeous! Now I need the mounting set.

These puzzles are wonderful. They are challenging and beautifully designed. I love how the pieces lock into place and fit together well. I have tried other wooden puzzles but find myself only wanting the Unidragon puzzles. I love the animals and now have come to admire the new collection of places too. The puzzles come packed very safely and also comes in a beautiful and very secure box. I can’t wait to see what other animals and scenes this company comes out with. I absolutely love the medium size.

I LOVE MY UNIDRAGON WOODEN PUZZLE!!! I bought the serious panda medium size puzzle, and it is amazing. It is exactly what I expected. I love everything about it too, from the packaging to the beautiful ending result of a perfectly made puzzle. It is slightly difficult to put together, and it is so much fun to do!!! I recommend this product to whomever is interested. There is just one major down fall. They are very pricey! If you are willing to spend that kind of money then you will fall in love with this product.

I think these puzzles are amazing! They are fun to put together. The pieces are so unique. I am going to frame the one I purchased which was the 2 whales. The only reason I rated 4 stars was the price. It worked out to way more than expected. I am retired on a limited income so it was a bit of a struggle to purchase and it makes me very,very sad that I can't afford to buy more. I really wish I could as these are the greatest puzzles to do and to look at once they are done.

Ordered one, medium sized puzzle from them. It was delivered with no issues, and all the pieces were there. SO, from reading the previous reviews. It seems that their QA is improving. Also, their customer service seems to be adequate.

My first puzzle had one piece that would not fit into place. They quickly sent a replacement puzzle, and although I haven't had time to do it yet, I appreciate the quick response to my problem.
