Order Update 23rd Dec 2021 ************************************** Updated my review to 3 stars as my order (from the 26th Nov 2021) was delivered this afternoon in full and everything looks perfect. I can confirm that no shipping nor status info had been provided to me by the Unidragon customer service team bar it will be with you before the holidays. This is where my main frustration came from and it is something that really needs to be addressed going forward especially when promoting any type of sales. Would I purchase from their website again probably not. Update 18th Dec 2021 Still No Info on Shipping Details except feedback to say it will be with me before Christmas. Have asked for a Refund as do not expect that anything will be delivered. Also have contacted my card provider for charge back. Original Post Order was placed on the Unidragon.eu website on the 26th November 2021. My order value was €160+. I have still not received my order even though I had allowed the correct processing and shipping times that were set out on their website on the 26th November. Customer service is ridiculous & don't try phoning the number on the website as the person who answers will advise you to email your query. So far I have sent 5 emails, made 1 phonecall and when contacted live chat was advised that there was little delay and my order would be with me by Christmas! Do Not Purchase from this Website.

Hi, I placed an order for two weeks ago but still nothing in the mailbox and no reply on my emails. I placed even a new order after the first one before I read the Trustpilot reviews. The customer service is lousy and no response anymore on my emails... be careful to place an order here... looks like scam to me I'm going to rewrite my Review once I`ve got clarified this. still after days in silence no response from you guys... If you have challenges to full-fill your orders be honest - no response is almost like lying. as promised an update: today (20.12.2021) I got the tracking informations. lets see Update(22.12.21): Both packages has been received. I can check it by myself but will give a feedback in the next coming days. merry xmas. Update: The kids love it and all looks well made. Just work on your customer service and Unidragon could do well.

Order place on 11/26/21 still not received. I had ordered several before and was pleased. Now, not so much. And trying to reach someone to clarify if my order has gone through and what is happening and will it be or has been shipped appears impossible as I have reached out through emails as well as their own chat page which only gives auto responses. SO far the only confirmation that I even placed an order is my bank showing funds withdrawn. A better system for customer care is desperately needed.

This is based on there response and effort to get me my puzzle. They respond with in a quick response to emails. Only draw back is that I have had to contact them and they not send updates to me such as puzzle is lost until I checked the tracking

I did receive the puzzles later than expected, they are beautiful but had a confusing experience. Ordered 4 medium size puzzles from unidragon.com on Dec 12 because I didn't see all the negative reviews at first and said shipping was 5 to 7 days. They were Christmas gifts. After a few days with no update I contacted them. Over the next few days I was told they were checking.......they were sorry for the bad experience......they were sending a refund and finally one that said the order was shipped (that email showed 4 puzzles smaller than I ordered for half the money I paid). On 12/26 I entered the tracking number that was provided in the email into the dhl.com site and there was no such number. I felt like I had been scammed at that point and was checking into what could be done about it. On 12/29 the puzzles arrived! Everything was as I ordered except 1 puzzle. They sent the fox instead of a goldfish. I was so happy I wasn't ripped off I am letting that go.
