Actually the greatest part of my "experience" was the help from James.

We have ordered from here before and decided to do it again for the curtains in our room. This order took a little longer than usual - we had to reach out to see why it was taking longer. When we finally received them, they looked great (color was beautiful and the fabric was as expected). However once we hung them up, 3 of the 8 panels had the lining longer than the actual curtain. From the front, you can see the lining peeking out.

Delivery was quick, packaging was really good - did not need to steam drapery before hanging. Color as pictured, blackout linkng effective. Withholding 1 star only as I had no reason to contact customer service but that is huge part of overall satisfaction

Turnaround time was great. Getting a fabric sample ahead of time really helped with my decision. I was a little surprised the drapes came in such a small bag, but they were packaged well folded so no wrinkles. The drapes were a little uneven, but the adjustable hooks solved that problem. All in all very happy with my purchase.
