I came across UniCurt searching for curtains on the WEB after I received a shockingly expensive quote from Costco for similar curtains. We ordered some swatches and selected four large curtain panels. Throughout the ordering process I was really impressed by the customer service support. I received some questions on the size from a very helpful representative Lancy who asked for a picture of the windows which resulted in some important adjustments to my measurements. The recommendations were spot on and avoided a big-time error on my side. The curtains came quickly in good shape, and we are so happy with the quality, price, and the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend UniCurt and will be a return customer for sure.

The samples that I received came in a very nice box and were of great quality. We chose our curtain purchase based off of one of those samples. The curtains were received in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality and look of them. They really elevate the look of our bedroom. Very satisfied customer.

I stumbled upon Unicurt when I was searching for draperies for my guest room. First I ordered samples which came very quickly. What a great selection of fabrics they have! We ordered a single panel drape for a large sliding door. We received it very quickly. It is very well made and looks wonderful. Did not have any wrinkles - yea! All of the staff that we had contact with were very courteous, professional and friendly. We recommend taking advantage of their design service. Once we saw the fabrics we were considering, we changed our mind about which one looked best. Highly recommend this company. I recommend this company. This was my first time ordering from them, and my expectations were met. It's exactly what I wanted. I'll share photos of my beautiful window a little later.

I ordered curtains that were heavy and wide. The curtains looked great, but the original rods sagged from the weight. The Unicurt customer service people were outstanding in finding a solution; we eventually devised a traverse system with extra support brackets that is working well. These people set the standard in providing quality customer service!

The best experience! I already received my third order, and everything was perfect. Great quality, very fast, very satisfying. 10/10
