Andrea Sticher (sp?) has been an unmitigated joy. Responsive, helpful, sympathetic and above all on top of her game. Us old fogeys need more people like her. Wish I could give her six stars!

Ms Crystal was and is a viable source of help to o this day. Her looking up references, resources and promptly getting back to me is a godsend. Every text gets responses and every question an answer even if it’s I’ll look into it.
