My medical advocate, Heidi Forkner has helped me so much as I am disabled. I don't know what I would do without or now. With what I've learned, life surveys gotten easy, but I couldn't do it without her.

I don't have enough space to describe what a blessing UNDERSTOOD CARE has been for me. My advocate, Heidi quickly and respectfully developed a relationship with me that I was able to trust her with my life. She helped me through a dark and frightening situation. She gave me options from her huge directory of resources I didn't know were available to me. She believed in me at time when I couldn't believe in myself and with her constant encouragement and support I'm at a much happier, healthier place today. She was sent from above to be my personal angel.

Talisha is my amazing advocate. I didn’t realize I needed one until I was blessed with her. She has jumped in with both feet and arms to do an amazing job helping me. And never does a call go by that she doesn’t offer help in areas I hadn’t even thought of. She is so helpful and I am beyond appreciative.
