Ebony Harris is very informative anytime we talk. She understands my problems im having and is trying to help me in the best way she can to rectify my situation. She is very easy to talk to over the phone. Im comfortable with her, I feel like we are old friends and could talk about anything. I can't say that about just anyone. Im happy to answer this survey for you. First, Mr. Corey has been very helpful, in referring me to organizations that could assist me. He is truly a blessing, on my first call from him he spent time locating agencies near me who could help me, and I so appreciate him, and the time he spent to help me. I must tell you I was so depressed before he called me, things were very dark, and I couldn't firgue a way out, but Mr. Coreys kindness, and his willingness to help me firgue things out, was medicine to my soul. Im so much better now, and thank God for this man. We need more Coreys today. Please thank him for me. I really appreciate him, and his generosity in assisting me in these dire times. I had an amazing experience with Understood Care. I was helped alot with things that I was having trouble with. I'm so glad we were able to all work together and get alot of things done and solved on my behalf! Donald is a great person to have on your side when having trouble getting through to companies etc.!!!
